Full-Time Manager, Talent Acquisition

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Marketing, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that attract top talent. You’ll shape how DaVita shows up in the talent marketplace, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies.
• Manage vendor partnerships and oversee campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Brand, TA Communications, TA Learning, and business partners.
• Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Champion DaVita’s core values and culture.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Direct people leadership experience required
• Required experience with national campaign management
• Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Expert skills and proficiency with tools such as marketing analytics software, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad or similar programs
