1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and production roles.
2. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings.
5. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
6. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
8. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
• Must live in CST time zone.
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Proven track record of recruiting for manufacturing production roles.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
