Job Details
Create & Deliver: Develop and lead engaging training sessions to enhance management, leadership, and operational skills.
Connect the Dots: Demonstrate how new systems and tools can drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Facilitate Change: Lead interactive workshops and coaching sessions that motivate and engage both managers and employees.
Measure Success: Assess training effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Coach & Support: Offer follow-up coaching and support to ensure continued growth and learning.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development within manufacturing environments.
- Experience delivering both technical and soft-skills training.
- Strong skills in using training tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential.
