Job Details
Marketing Coordinator will support pathology business operations, working closely with cross-functional teams like Legal, Sales Operations, and Pathology Account Executives (PAEs). Ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Contract Management Support: Collaborate with Legal and pathology labs to draft & execute agreements, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Contract Request Submission: Initiate and manage contract workflows in IronClad, track progress, and address delays/issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Support PAEs by gathering business, clinical, and operational information for agreements.
- Event Logistics & Coordination: Partner with Speaker Bureau to manage speaker programs, including venue, food/beverage contracts, and logistical support.
- Sales Operations Support: Support broader sales operations initiatives, including reporting, data collection, process improvement, and event planning.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of project management/operational experience
- 2+ years of pathology lab experience (operations/bench)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learning of proprietary software
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Hybrid Work Model:
- In-person/onsite collaboration days and work-from-home days
- Bay Area employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility required onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (Palo Alto/Redwood City, CA)
Compensation details vary based on location, skills, and experience.

- Majority of work in a desk/office environment
- Potential exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard materials in a lab setting
- Ability to sit for extended periods
