The Marketplace Operations Manager plays a crucial role in shaping Found's future and growth.

This strategic role combines analytical and strategic excellence with hands-on operational problem-solving. Reports to SVP of Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Develop insights from data; build actionable dashboards to understand and improve provider marketplace performance.
• Build for scale: Proactively identify, codify, and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and product enhancements for data-driven decision-making (supply & demand balance, provider experience).
• Lead process improvements: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to design provider workflows improving quality or efficiency.
• Develop supply network: Work with Finance and other stakeholders to define clinician supply strategy aligning with growth strategy across states and payers; spearhead provider recruitment.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years experience in strategy and operations (Management Consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth tech companies).
• Hands-on proficiency in analyzing financial, operational, or marketplace data using Excel, SQL, and/or Looker.
• Ability to contextualize data and insights, collaborating and communicating to technical and non-technical teammates.
• Strong project management skills balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
