Full-Time Medicaid Trainer

• Deliver engaging training sessions across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job settings.
• Facilitate training aligned with Wisconsin Medicaid program requirements and policies.
• Partner with instructional designers to develop and refine user-friendly training materials.
• Provide follow-up support and resources to reinforce learner success.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

• 5–7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in a similar L&D role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with training technologies and virtual learning platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Experience in system implementations or training transformation initiatives.

• Full-time, remote role (40 hours per week).
• Flexibility to lead both virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Medicaid initiatives.
