The position is contingent on contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Used:
- Provides clerical office support for Air Force Accession Center (AFAC) operations.
- Remotely supports 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) across the continental United States.
- Helps determine whether recruitment applicants meet medical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees contractor personnel assigned to HQ AFAC and remotely supporting MEPS Locations.
- Disseminates information and training to employees and ensures compliance.
- Relays instructions to patients or makes referrals.
- Obtains updates and files medical records.
- Organizes and researches patient records.
- Ensures arrival of medical records prior to appointments.
- Initiates and locates patient medical records.
- Obtains documentation as requested by healthcare providers.
- Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of medical care.
Systems Used:
- Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)
- Composite Health Care Systems (CHCS) and/or MHS GENESIS
- Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
- Air Force Recruiting Information Support System (AFRISS)
- Military Filing System
- Completes required organizational compliance education.
