Hims & Hers is seeking a full-time Medical Director in Canada to shape the clinical model, lead a team of clinicians, and guide the development of clinical protocols and strategy. This role ensures the integrity, safety, and impact of our services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in launching and delivering clinical offerings in Canada.
- Update medical guidelines and ensure clinical practice is safe and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the Global Chief Medical Officer to launch new services.
- Mentor and develop a team of clinicians.
- Form relationships with medical regulatory authorities.
- Provide leadership insights to the leadership team.
- You Have:
- Medical degree and active Canadian medical license.
- 10+ years of clinical experience, with a focus on weight management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in strategy development.
