Full-Time Medical Director

• Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and guidance for all telehealth services related to men's health.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provider Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified healthcare providers.
• Program Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to expand and enhance the Men's Health telehealth program.
• Patient Engagement: Foster a patient-centric approach.
• Documentation: Oversee accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes
• On Platform Hours: Dedicate approximately 15 hours/week on platform with patients

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted medical licensure in all 50 states, or willingness to obtain licensure in any additional states required
• Current and unrestricted DEA registration
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urology, etc.).
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience
• Demonstrated experience in telehealth operations and technology
• Experience in treating men's health conditions such as erectile dysfunction (ED), hair loss, testosterone optimization, etc.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
