Full-Time Medical Director Breast Oncology

• Clinical Development: Collaborate on the clinical development of ctDNA-based diagnostics. Lead development and implementation of clinical strategies for Natera's oncology products.
• Medical Education and Communication: Oversee medical education and scientific communication for healthcare providers. Partner with the commercial team to develop and deliver compelling medical messages.
• Representation and Advocacy: Represent Natera at medical conferences and industry events. Foster a culture of scientific excellence.
• Research and Development: Collaborate with research and development teams on clinical trial design, data analysis, and publication.

• Breast cancer-Specific Expertise: Strong knowledge in breast cancer, with the ability to develop and implement strategies specific to breast oncology. Provide expert guidance and support on breast oncology cases and clinical trials.
• Comprehensive Oncology Knowledge: Ability to speak to all histologies and indications, ensuring broad expertise across the oncology spectrum.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including research, development, commercial, and medical affairs to drive the success of oncology initiatives.

• M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Oncology required.
• At least 5 years of experience in oncology, with a strong background in clinical research and development. Strong knowledge in breast cancer preferred.
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience in academia, biotech industry, or pharmaceutical industry.
