Full-Time Medical Information Assistant

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Assistant to support the Medical Information team.

Responsibilities:

• Administration support for meetings and invoice activities.
• Generating reports and maintaining Medical Information systems.
• Engagement in pharmacovigilance and quality complaint follow-up.
• Administrative support with Medical Information Enquiries, Adverse Event, and Product Quality Complaint Activities.
• Support in new client onboarding activities and departmental regulatory inspection preparedness.

Requirements:

• Advanced English skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
• Desirable administrative experience and good IT skills (MS Office).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, with accuracy, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
