Full-Time Medical Information Associate

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate fluent in Polish and English to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in Polish and English.
• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients), including call handling.
• Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes.
• Ensure all medical information inquiries are tracked and fully documented in the Medical Information database accurately and completely.
• Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics regarding inquiries.
• Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company's pharmacovigilance system and participate in PV inspections or audits.

Requirements:

• Life science/biomedical background with a healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
• Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Comfortable receiving inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Strong time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking skills with good attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Polish skills (at least C1 equivalent), both verbal and written.
