Medical Information Associate

PrimeVigilance seeks a Medical Information Associate to support the Medical Information team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English.
• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients), including call handling.
• Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and special situations, and product quality complaints within deadlines.
• Ensure all medical information inquiries are tracked and documented accurately in the Medical Information database.
• Participate in out-of-hours medical information provision for clients with 24/7 enquiry handling services.
• Provide regular updates on project status and metrics to management.
• Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company pharmacovigilance system and participate in PV inspections/audits.

Qualifications:

• Life science/biomedical background - healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable receiving inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service (if required).
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written).
