The Medical Office Clerical Support Team Lead will help determine whether recruitment applicants meet the medical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing contractor personnel assigned to HQ AFAC and remotely supporting MEPS Locations.
- Disseminating information and training to employees.
- Relaying instructions to patients or making referrals.
- Obtaining updates and filing medical records.
- Organizing and researching patient records.
- Ensuring arrival of medical records.
- Initiating and locating patient medical records.
- Obtaining documentation as requested by healthcare providers.
- Performing administrative and clerical duties.
- Accessing the Health Information Exchange (HIE).
- Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)
- Composite Health Care Systems (CHCS) and/or MHS GENESIS
- Defense Enrolment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
- Air Force Recruiting Information Support System (AFRISS)
- Military Filing System
