- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Proven track record of success
- Experience in global recruitment (preferred)
- B2+ English proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Skilled in collaborating with Hiring Managers
- Passionate about candidate experience
- Experience in a product company (preferred)
