Full-Time Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to build exceptional teams. Our Talent Acquisition unit fosters collaboration and innovation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers).
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes.
• Solving issues and responding to changes, minimizing impact on customer satisfaction.
• Conducting thorough reference checks.
• Using ATS for candidate tracking.
• Collaborating with HR and Admin.
