Full-Time Moroccan Female Cook

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ professional cooking experience, specializing in traditional Moroccan cuisine, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes to a high standard.

• Prepare and cook authentic Moroccan dishes (e.g., tagines, couscous, pastilla, harira, etc.).
• Plan weekly menus based on family preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Source ingredients and manage pantry stock (in coordination with house staff).
• Occasionally prepare non-Moroccan dishes if requested.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

• Female, Moroccan nationality.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional cook (preferably in private households).
• Preferred age: 40 years old or above.
• Ability to speak Arabic; basic English is a plus.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of household privacy.
