Job Details
The Programme Specialist role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program. The role requires strong recruitment process knowledge and stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with local hiring managers.
- Managing temporary recruitment requests.
- Recording and maintaining information regarding recruitment agency performance.
- Conducting vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers.
- Briefing 3rd party suppliers.
- Screening CVs.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding and contractor management activities.
- Managing local relations with clients and agencies.
- Checking, uploading, and tracking invoices.
- Assuring customer satisfaction and resolving local issues.
- Monitoring service level agreements.
- Providing statistical analysis support and status reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirable.
- Staffing or Human Resources industry experience desired.
- Ability to work with confidential issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial data and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be proven in program expansion / cross-selling within clients.
