Full-Time National Director, Contract Quality

• Maintain familiarity with key elements of each of Privia’s priority Value-Based Care contracts.
• Use data and project management tools to forecast outcomes, plan project timelines, and identify potential contract quality performance gaps.
• Document various repeatable processes in the form of SOPs; manage their initiation and execution in mature stages.
• Act as an expert champion for initiatives that drive CAHPS score improvements in various VBC contracts.
• Provide project management support to the National Director, Contract Quality.
• Demonstrate a strong curiosity about the operational nuances of Privia's various markets.
• Integrate insights gained from understanding market operations into the development of robust project plans.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Strong project management and data analytics skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Medical record reviewing/ measure compliance expertise
• Healthcare experience required
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
