Full-Time National Rehabilitation Counsellor

National Rehabilitation Consultant (NRC) provides support to WorkFocus Australia teams across the country. Using demonstrated skills as a Rehabilitation Consultant and knowledge of various state schemes.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking remote vocational assessments
2. Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
3. Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes for all parties
4. Designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist injured employees return to work

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Australian recognized degree qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Psychologist or eligibility for full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
