Are you an experienced ServiceNow expert ready to tackle complex challenges and lead our customers' digital transformation?At Devoteam we are looking for a (Senior) ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
What will you do:
- Translate complex customer requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSDM and Custom App Development.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other business-critical systems.
- Solve technical problems and optimize the performance of ServiceNow.
- Work closely with customers, business consultants and developers to deliver the best possible solutions.
- Share your expertise and guide medior and junior consultants.
- Organize design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders to further improve the user experience and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
- Support ServiceNow developers as well as our project and commercial teams with designing ServiceNow solutions and making cost and effort estimates.
- Make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a must.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB).
- Strong knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, Angular JS, JQuery, JSON).
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SECOPS is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Analytical, problem-solving and customer-oriented.
