Full-Time Non-IT Recruiter (Broking & Financial Domain) Remote

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles in Broking, WealthTech, BFSI, and Financial domains
• Act as a consultant, deeply understand client expectations, team dynamics, and urgency.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments; match skill, intent, and fit.
• Coordinate directly with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation follow-up.
• Maintain accurate trackers, MIS, and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.

• 5+ years of proven success in Non-IT hiring—especially in Broking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on with Excel, data management, reports, and daily follow-ups.
• Comfortable being the go-to person for tough roles and last-minute client demands.
• Strong communication skills—fluent English, tactful negotiation, and clarity in thought.
• A sense of ownership—you don’t wait to be told, you take the lead.
