Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Healthcare, Engineer)
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - Remote
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles in healthcare, Engineer and legal sectors.
- Work on C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models for U.S.-based clients.
- Source and screen candidates from multiple channels: Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), vendor networks, and internal database.
- Conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Build strong pipelines for recurring positions in hospitals, legal firms, healthcare administration, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ATS regularly.
- Negotiate salary/rates and handle onboarding for selected candidates.
