Full-Time Offboarding Manager

Remofirst provides Global payroll and compliance for remote teams. We work with a global network of Employer of Record (EOR) partners. An EOR is an organization that helps companies expand internationally by hiring and paying employees on behalf of another company.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Offboarding Manager to manage employee offboarding processes for an EOR company.

What you'll be doing:

1. Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across multiple countries.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
3. Ensure all offboarding activities adhere to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations.
4. Prepare, review, and process termination documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of offboarded employees.
6. Act as a primary point of contact for clients.
7. Communicate with employees professionally.
8. Handle sensitive conversations with departing employees.
9. Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate settlements.
10. Oversee the deactivation of benefits and systems access.
11. Identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process.
12. Stay up to date on labor law changes.
