Remofirst provides Global payroll and compliance for remote teams.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Offboarding Manager to manage employee offboarding processes for an Employer of Record (EOR) company on behalf of our global clients.

In this role, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding our clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  2. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information to initiate offboarding procedures.
  3. Ensure all offboarding activities adhere to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations.
  4. Prepare, review, and process termination documentation such as final pay calculations, release agreements, and exit letters.
  5. Maintain accurate records of offboarded employees and associated documentation.
  6. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the offboarding process.
  7. Communicate with employees professionally, ensuring they understand the offboarding steps and have access to necessary resources.
  8. Handle sensitive conversations with departing employees while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  9. Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of final settlements, unpaid wages, and applicable benefits.
  10. Oversee the deactivation of benefits, systems access, and other employee entitlements.
  11. Identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process and enhance the overall experience for clients and employees.
  12. Stay up to date on labor law changes, compliance requirements, and best practices in the EOR industry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases.
