Job Details
We’re looking for an Operations Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of our healthcare placement programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full operational lifecycle.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead the launch and execution of new healthcare placement programs.
- Drive workflow efficiency through CRM optimisation and targeted training.
- Oversee student communications and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
- Champion scalable and sustainable operational practices.
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary Degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 Years Line Management Experience (sales management preferred)
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Extensive stakeholder management experience
- Understanding of CRM capabilities
- Familiar with a range of data capture and reporting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
