Full-Time Operations Manager

We have a rare opportunity to join our Operations Manager team to lead our South & Wales practices.Operations Managers provide leadership across a group of practices, ensuring patients are at the heart of everything we do, enabling practices to reach their full potential.

You'll work closely with Practice Managers, and regionally aligned colleagues, to ensure each practice meets its financial, operational, colleague engagement, and patient satisfaction objectives.

Our South & Wales area includes c.15 practices from Carmarthen in the West, to Newport and Hereford in the middle, across to Faringdon and Wantage in the East.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience managing multiple sites within a customer-facing, service-focused industry (dentistry background not essential)
• Proven P&L experience
• Live within a commutable distance of the area
