We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Succession Planning team. This role will lead infrastructure, technology, and enablement strategies to enhance our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

- Operations Excellence & Infrastructure Management: Implement tracking systems and drive operational excellence through data organization.
- Technology Enhancement & AI Integration: Partner with teams to deliver technology and data innovations, championing AI use.
- Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate planning through stakeholder engagement and manage compliance.
- HR Business Partner Enablement: Develop toolkits and initiatives to build HRBP competencies.
- Communications & Change Management: Manage communications and lead change management efforts.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement, budget monitoring, and contract administration.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- 5-7 years in HR operations or talent management.
- Experience with succession planning.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
