Full-Time Operations Program Manager

As an Operations Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in launching strategic clients and leading complex, cross-functional projects within Member Care. You'll ensure Member Care has the necessary tools, resources, and information to support members successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, large-scale cross-functional projects following best practices.
• Lead Member Care workstream for high-priority client launches, collaborating with leaders, Training, Quality, Knowledge Enablement, and CaPS.
• Ensure Member Care has the right tools, systems, and documented processes for new and updated client service delivery models.
• Represent Member Care in building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and consultants.
• Engage appropriate resources (Training, Knowledge Enablement, Workforce Planning) to ensure successful launches.
• Own or identify owners for major issue resolution during launches or projects.
• Lead process development and problem-solving with external vendors and carriers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Care Team roles and functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing large, cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years in an office or corporate environment.
• 2+ years in healthcare, health plan, or adjacent field.
• 2+ years utilizing spreadsheet (Excel, GSheets) and slide software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to internal leadership and (desired) external clients.
• Curious nature, eager to understand root causes of problems.
• Experience in customer/client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Included Health's Products and Services.
• Experience with health insurance standards and processes.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

• Prolonged seated work.
• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for office equipment use.
• Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).
• Appropriate interaction with leadership, employees, and members.

Salary: $89,580 - $151,398 + equity + benefits (dependent on zone).
