Full-Time Outside Sales/Territory Manager

• Meet or exceed the SourceOne Parts for sales, margin, and market share goals within a predefined geographic territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Plan, develop, negotiate and increase revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales programs.
• Provide monthly product forecasts.
• Apply the distribution scorecard on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with internal resources to determine customer needs, develop support plans, and implement programs.
• Be the main conduit of Voice of the Customer and other market intelligence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience working with distributors/contractors (two step distribution model)
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong proficiency in business writing, verbal communication, and negotiation.
• Skilled in using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage critical tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
