Full-Time Partner Director, EMEA

• Strategic Partner Development: Develop and execute partner strategy in EMEA. Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
• Partner Enablement & GTM: Create and manage joint business plans with key partners. Oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification.
• Revenue Generation: Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue to meet sales quotas. Manage sales pipeline and provide forecasting.
• Co-Marketing: Collaborate with partners and marketing to develop joint marketing plans and campaigns.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key partners. Conduct QBRs to manage partner performance and alignment.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain partner activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce. Ensure partner agreements are managed.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the SaaS industry.
• Experience building and managing a partner ecosystem in EMEA.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technology, IIoT, MES, or connected workforce solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA (30-40%).
