Job Details
As a (Senior) Partner Manager, you'll take full ownership of our partner ecosystem, creating and scaling strategic partnerships to drive measurable customer acquisition. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning and scaling the partner ecosystem: Building high-impact business and tech partnerships.
- Leading the full lifecycle: From outreach and deal-making to activation, enablement, and long-term success.
- Shaping partner strategy: Developing and evolving a performance-driven partner program.
- Driving joint marketing: Planning and executing campaigns across channels.
- Collaborating cross-functionally: Aligning with marketing, product, and content teams.
- Leveraging AI tools for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner management or business development with growth results (ideally in SaaS).
- Strong B2B marketing knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- KPI- and performance-driven approach.
- Native German and C1+ English.
- Residing in Germany.
