• Identify, recruit, and support experienced third-party contractors.

• Recommend new sourcing strategies.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and technician offices.
• Support brand-building efforts.
• Act as a liaison between technician offices and internal departments.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across internal systems.
• Verify contractor compliance with client guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and data privacy regulations.

• Assist with dispatch and order assignments as needed.
• Monitor and update status of orders, assignments, and compensation details.
• Resolve escalations using effective problem-solving skills.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
