The primary purpose of the Patient Access Manager is to maximize access and uptake for brands by ensuring alignment of market access strategy with business objectives.
This role involves local market access and community engagement activities to support commercialization, focusing on health economic and health political aspects.
The Patient Access Manager plays a key role in delivering the overall brand market access strategy at the country level for in-line and pipeline products within Hemophilia, Hematology, and Specialty Care areas, working closely with the Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the Price & Reimbursement approval process in Partner markets (Israel and Adriatic countries) with the CEERJ Commercial Team.
- Develop market access strategic and tactical plans for in-line and pipeline products.
- Ensure cross-functional cooperation with CEERJ Commercial & CEE Patient Access teams, and CEE & HQ product teams regarding pricing, reimbursement, and value argumentation.
- Develop and adapt value demonstration tools (cost-effectiveness and budget impact models).
- Lead stakeholder management, including mapping decision-making flows and managing relationships with consultants.
- Work with market access and regulatory teams to shape early pipeline access strategy.
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare system, health policy, commissioning, tendering, and customer interface.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and decision-makers.
- Identify and anticipate future payer/customer needs, legislative changes, constraints, and requirements.
- Educate internal colleagues on changes in the external environment.
- Manage allocated programs and budgets, reporting to management.
Qualifications:
- University Degree level education.
- Proven experience in rare disease/orphan drug market access in Pharma.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, experience in market access activities including P&R submissions and HTA.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate compelling value stories.
- Strong understanding of payer environment, government affairs, policy, and advocacy.
- Highly self-driven, innovative, and strategic thinker.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Flexibility to be available during weekends and bank holidays.
- While office-based, occasional travel is possible.
