Full-Time Patient Navigation Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist to process OPS and Kit orders. This role will be a key member of the Client Services team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors to arrange offsite phlebotomy for patients and assist clients/sales with kit orders.
• Process offsite phlebotomy and kit orders for Guardant products.
• Build and maintain relationships with offsite phlebotomy vendors, sales representatives, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in territory-specific meetings to define, prioritize, and execute business needs.
• Maintain precise documentation of all communications and follow-up activities.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with triaging emails and faxes.
• Enter information and upload documents to Salesforce.com and LIMS.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Achieve individual and team goals, monitor case closure and turnaround times.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalated situations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
• May require lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Biological Sciences (preferred), high school diploma (required)
• 2+ years of experience in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or healthcare
• Solid Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (Mac environment preferred)
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage client/patient situations.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a problem solver
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) is a plus
• Flexibility with work hours, based on client and company needs
• Remote position with potential travel for training and meetings.

Compensation:

• Hourly range: $20.75 - $28.54 (US)
• Palo Alto/Redwood City range: $24.42 - $33.58 (US)

Additional Info:

• Hybrid work model: defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days.
• All US employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility are required to be onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
