Full-Time Patient Navigation/Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist to process OPS and Kit orders.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors to arrange Offsite Phlebotomy for patients and assist clients/sales team with kit orders.
• Process Offsite Phlebotomy and Kit orders with urgency.
• Build relationships with vendors, sales representatives, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in territory-specific meetings to define, prioritize, and execute business needs.
• Document all communications and follow-up activities precisely.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with triaging emails/faxes.
• Enter information and upload documents into Salesforce and LIMS.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Use Salesforce (CRM) and integrated platforms to communicate with clients, patients, sales, and lab teams.
• Achieve team and individual goals, monitor metrics (case closure, turnaround times).
• Solve customer complaints and escalated situations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
• May involve lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Biological Sciences (preferred), High school diploma (required)
• 2+ years experience in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or healthcare.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, Salesforce experience a plus.
• Quick learner, collaborative, adaptable.
• Excellent written/verbal communication (phone/email) and computer proficiency (preferably Mac).
• Ability to multitask, self-discipline, good judgment, and independence.
• Organized, detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Manage client/patient-facing escalated situations professionally.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Travel to Guardant Health offices for trainings/meetings may be required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Work Model: Hybrid work model, with specified in-office days for U.S. employees living within 50 miles of a facility.

Salary: $20.75 - $28.54/hour (Palo Alto/Redwood City: $24.42 - $33.58/hour). Range does not include benefits, overtime, bonus, commission, or equity.

• May involve lifting routine office supplies/using office equipment.
• Primarily desk/office environment; potential exposure to high noise levels, fumes, biohazard material.
• Ability to sit for extended periods is required.
