Procore is looking for a Payments Onboarding Specialist!
This role reports to Corporate Strategy and will have significant cross-functional collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the success of our customers by ensuring their vendors have a seamless onboarding experience with Procore Pay.
What You'll Do:
- Guide vendors through onboarding, ensuring they are set up for success with our payments solution, Procore Pay.
- Collaborate with general contractors to facilitate adoption among their vendors, who are mainly subcontractors.
- Leverage tools like Airtable, Salesforce, and Outreach to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and streamline communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction, working closely with the Product and Customer Success teams.
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Procore Pay.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer success, customer support, sales or sales development, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for customers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and task management platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- A proactive, "Help First" mindset—you prioritize solving problems, supporting customers, and driving shared success.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box to solve complex problems.
Base Pay Range $63,232 - $86,944. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
