Full-Time Payroll Administrator

• Validate and process sales commission payments accurately.
• Audit commission data for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile commission reports with payroll systems.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Finance to resolve commission inquiries.
• Process bi-weekly payroll through Paylocity.
• Review timekeeping, deductions, and commissions for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll compliance with laws.
• Manage payroll reporting, including tax filings and W-2s.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and terminations.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with journal entries.
• Keep current on payroll laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll laws and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPP designation is a plus.
