Full-Time Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst - This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Boston, MA.

About this position: You will focus primarily on Student Payroll, leading investigations, auditing, and reconciliation. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Payroll to develop key reports and processes to aid management decisions. You'll play an active role in ensuring compliance, identifying issues, and resolving payroll challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead master data investigation, auditing, and reconciliation related to Student Payroll.
• Develop and implement standard reports, processes, and metrics with the Associate Director of Payroll.
• Analyze payroll data extracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
• Work with Student Employment teams to integrate new systems.
• Resolve payroll issues through collaboration with administrative and finance teams.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing for over 27,000 individuals, including payments, tax calculations, and withholdings.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate and reconcile complex payroll data.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and payroll withholding processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with compliance and risk mitigation in payroll processing.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with managers and other stakeholders.
