We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our People Operations Experience Team. In this role, you will be supporting the Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and analyze payroll data and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

You will also support and assist with employee benefit contracts, updates, and compliance for the countries under your responsibility. Additionally, you will ensure that contractual requirements are accurately set and compliant with regulations.

Your role includes maintaining employee data, effectively updating payroll and benefits records, and liaising with third-party providers. You will manage Jira tickets and provide prompt responses to employee inquiries related to contracts, paychecks, and benefits usage.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, leaders across all departments, and third-party vendors. As part of the People Operations Experience team, you will contribute to global, regional, or local projects, launches, and initiatives when needed.

  1. Support to Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  4. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment on employee compensation and benefits.
  5. Handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide clear, timely responses trough Jira tickets or any other approved channel by the company.
  6. Assist in audits related to payroll.
  7. Follow any new updated guidance on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  8. Responsible for new hire onboarding first day as it relates to benefits orientation, setting up the new hire(s) in the HRIS, coordinating supporting documentation as it relates to dependents, etc.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for all tier one employee benefit questions and an employee’s facing support when required.
  10. Responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local benefits and HR laws.

HRIS Administration

  • Monitor HR Information System (HRIS) ADP and Paylocity for compliance by running reports and making necessary changes to job codes, data validation tables, reports, and other systems applications.
  • Maintain accuracy of data and data flow from HR to payroll (including benefit deductions and other payroll related actions).
  • Implement new processes for efficient HR data management when required.
  • Update and review standard operating procedures and performs quarterly document reviews related to payroll.

HR Compliance

  • Create and maintain employee personnel files and employee records (job history, retirement, and benefits documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, promotion, and vacation control).
  • Communicate with other members of the Human Resources team and people managers to ensure accuracy of HRIS and personnel files.
  • Maintain external facing HR information sites including organizational charts and Employee Benefits page on the company Intranet.
  • Perform all data gathering and analytics for DE&I and EEOC reporting compliance.
