We are seeking a dynamic Payroll & Compliance Lead to manage and optimize payroll operations in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage full-cycle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll via Rippling.
- Review and process bi-weekly hours, resolve timekeeping issues, and ensure accurate contractor payments.
- Support payroll compliance (multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, key audits).
- Provide payroll reports to Finance, Legal, and People Operations.
- Assist with payroll system implementations and automation for benefits, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee leave and 401k administration.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
