Full-Time Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator oversees monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll for 4,500 employees across three providers.
• Administrate payroll systems for Portman Dentex UK & Ireland, maintaining data accuracy.
• Administer monthly people changes to payroll, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with People Coordinators and payroll managed service to resolve queries.
• Maintain records of overpayments and re-run payslips.
• Support the Payroll Manager in monthly payroll checks.
• Work with payroll managed service to process RTI, Tax, Student Loans, etc.
