Global Payroll Implementation Manager

Lead the successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Set-up: Work with onboarding team, clients to organize kick-off meetings, and deliver implementation. Create, maintain, and manage project plans.
  • Client & Project Management: Support project review calls, coordinate and deliver project streams, manage scope changes.
  • Payroll Process Requirements: Define client payroll processes, establish payroll & data requirements, manage payroll calendars.
  • Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
  • System setup & Parallel Payroll: Define, agree, and configure interfaces, reports, and systems.
  • Go-live transition, Sign-off & Documentation: Work with clients to sign-off, document client needs, and ensure validation.
  • Reports: Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project matters.
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Client Management: Gather requirements, guide clients through onboarding.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR, Finance, etc. to gather requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure payroll processes adhere to local and international laws.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration to new system.
  • Testing: Develop and execute testing plan to resolve system issues.
  • Change Management: Implement strategies for employee and HR team transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 2+ years global payroll implementation experience.
  • 4+ years country-specific payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance in multiple countries.
  • Experience with payroll systems.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
