Job Details
- Manage and oversee payroll processes for multiple countries in the APAC region, with primary focus on Japan.
- Extensive knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
- Review and maintain payroll records and reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure payroll systems are optimized for efficiency.
- Lead in audit requests for countries under the role’s responsibility.
- Lead in payroll implementation projects for countries in APAC under the role’s responsibility.
- 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on APAC region is required.
- Strong understanding of international payroll practices and regulations.
- Proficient in using payroll and HRIS software (Workday and ADP GlobalView and Celergo preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
