- Analyzing payroll data for cost-saving solutions.
- Handling employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Conducting regular payroll audits.
- Staying updated with payroll regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (preferred).
