Responsibilities: Support daily payroll functions for a large veterinary services organization (4000+ employees, 220+ practices). Ensure accurate and timely processing using ADP Workforce Now. Partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and other teams for seamless integration. Resolve complex payroll issues within 48 business hours. Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance. Develop strong relationships with external vendors. Participate in new system and procedure analysis/implementation. Anticipate problems and develop solutions. Requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of U.S. employment law and payroll systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll rules. Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($36-$39.40) with annual bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits package offered.
