• s:‪Experience with ADP Workforce No
• w.Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly, non-exempt and exempt employees and contractors in accordance with government regulatio
• nsCommunicate with physician partners, practice managers, and employees to respond to inquiries and resolve payroll issue
• s.Enter/audit employee payroll changes (i.e. tax withholding, direct deposit, benefits
• ).Assist with setup of employee 401(k) plans, managing employee contributions with multiple carrie
• rsAssist in payroll reports preparation for audits, year-end processes, and upon managers’ request
• s.Work closely with payroll, HR, and accounting departments regarding employee and/or policy changes affecting payrol
• l.Maintain confidentiality of employee pay and personal informatio
• n.Work on special projects as neede.

Qualificatio

• ns:5+ years of experience with multi-state payro
• ll.Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP iReports, ADP Smart Complian
• ce.Excellent computer skills (MS Office, primarily Exce
• l).Familiarity with payroll taxes, benefits, wage & hour la
