Full-Time Payroll Specialist

Step into a rewarding role at PortmanDentex as a Payroll Specialist, where your expertise will help ensure our colleagues are paid accurately and on time. You’ll be a trusted partner to our Payroll Manager, playing a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant payroll experience.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us maintain the high standards our teams rely on every month.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in payroll data
• Demonstrated experience in a dedicated payroll role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets with confidence
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and best practices
• Comfortable managing payroll across a diverse, multi-location workforce
• CIPP Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
