Full-Time Payroll Specialist - French Market

We are looking for a detail-oriented French Payroll Specialist to join our global payroll team at SIXT. You will support payroll operations for the French market, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.

Your Role at SIXT:

• Process payroll for France, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage employee records, tax declarations, and social security contributions.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and internal teams.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with French labor laws, tax obligations, and audits.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and system updates.

Your Skills Matter:

• 2-4 years experience in payroll support or administration, preferably in a global environment.
• Understanding of French payroll practices, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).
• Fluency in French & English with excellent communication skills (additional languages a plus).
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
