Full-Time Payroll Specialist – French Speaker (m/f/d)

At SIXT, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist - French Speaker (m/f/d) to support our international payroll operations, with a particular focus on the French market. In this role, you ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries, and serve as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external providers.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the French market
• You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
• You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
• You support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance
• You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams
• You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
• Education: You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Technical Skills: You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
• Attention to Detail: You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
• Language: You are fluent in French and English, both written and verbal (Mandatory)
• Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally in an international environment
